How to test anti-static clothing?

After purchasing anti-static clothing, we shall conduct test to ensure that the received anti-static clothing meets the standards.

1.Anti-static clothings should be matched with anti-static shoes, anti-static gloves and other personal protective articles. It is important to check the connection between work clothes, tops and pants, tops and anti-static gloves, pants and anti-static shoes (boots). It is easy to move and wear. Other supporting personal protective equipment must also be available.

2.For the back of anti-static work clothes, pockets, crimping, structural reinforcement cloth, etc. it is best to make them same as anti wear fabrics. If it is made by other materials, the exposed area shall be less than 20% of the exposed area of anti wearing work clothes.

3.For accessories, such as buttons, locks, hooks, stumbling blocks and others, it should be made of non-metallic materials, such as plastic, polyester, etc. If use metal accessories, they should be worn once to ensure that the metal accessories are not exposed. 

4.For the same kind of degummed chemical fiber, the greater the hardness added, the higher the anti sticking performance.

5.Before wearing the working clothes into production, it is best to simulate the application site first to test anti-static detection, so as to ensure that the characteristics of anti-static working clothes meet the regulations.

6.In order to keep warm or other unique functions, all cotton cloth, lined work clothes, cotton inner sleeve, fully lined can be removed.
