Anti-smash shoes are used to protect workers' feet during work, reducing or eliminating the risk of foot injuries from heavy objects. Therefore, the head of these shoes must contain a steel toe, and in order to avoid the steel toe from rubbing on the feet, so there will be a steel toe sheath for isolation.
Smash-proof labor protection shoes are generally used in mining, machinery construction, metallurgy, steel, port lifting and other heavy industrial industries.
So, what requirements do qualified smash-proof safety shoes need to meet? The following points are summarized by Chengge.
一、 General technical requirements.
1、Appearance structure standard.
It needs to be made up of steel inner wrapped head, toe inner cushion, leather upper, eyelets, laces, ears, waist, heel protection leather, moon shaped wrapped heel, waist lining, back cushion, insole, core filling, forefoot sole and other parts to form a complete anti-smashing safety shoe.
2. Appearance quality standard.
The surface shall not have obvious defects such as breakage, color difference, thread repetition, skipped stitches, broken stitches, uneven stitches, open glue, over cure, under cure, gush sulfur, and skewed inner wrap head.
3、Outer sole thickness standard.
Outsole using direct injection, vulcanized, glued outsole thickness (excluding tooth thickness) of not less than 4mm.
Full rubber and full polymer materials of the boot full layer thickness of not less than 6mm.
Tooth thickness (pattern) of not less than 3mm, other materials of the boot tooth height of not less than 2.5mm, no pattern (teeth) of the outsole of any - part of the thickness of not less than 6mm.
二、the security requirements:
1、Pressure resistance.
Cut the toe from 30mm after the inner wrapped head, with the sole of the shoe. Place it on the platform of a pressure tester with an indicated error of 1%.
Put a rubber cement cylinder of (20±2)mm (below 250 size shoe) in height and (25±2)mm (larger than 250 size shoe) in diameter (25±2)mm in the toe. Then apply force to the required force at a speed of (5 ± 2) mm/min. Remove the force after the removal of the compressed play dough, using a micrometer to measure the height of the lowest measured value for the actual value. The value should be in accordance with the provisions.
Then apply force at a speed of (5±2) mm/min, remove the compressed rubber cement after unloading, measure the height with a micrometer, and take the value measured at the lowest position as the actual measured value. Its value should be in accordance with the provisions.
2、Impact resistance.
Put the toe of the shoe with the inner wrapped head and the cylindrical rubber cement under the impact machine, fix the inspected toe, lift the impact hammer (20kg) to the required height and then free fall impact on the toe. Take out the rubber cement and measure with a micrometer, the value should be in accordance with the provisions.
3、The pressure and impact resistance requirements of the inner package head
The test method is the same as the toe test method, and the deformation spacing of the inner pack head after the test should meet the corresponding requirements.
4、Corrosion resistance requirement of inner package head
The quality of the shoes can be affected by the corrosion of the inner head due to foot sweat and moisture. Therefore the inner wrapped head should be corrosion resistant. The requirement is to use two white filter paper (100m wide, 150mm long) with one end immersed in 1% NaCl solution and the other end placed on the top and bottom of the inner bag head. 48 hours later, remove the filter paper and check the bag head for traces of corrosion due to NaCl solution and measure the area of each spot. It is required that the corrosion spots should not exceed 5 spots, and each spot should not be larger than 2.5 mm².
