No matter how hot, wear the safety helmet

The weather is getting hotter, many people don`t willing to wear safety helmet, but the accident is always happened in second, so it is responsible for your life to wear the safety helmet.

The structure of the safety helmet is: Cap lining , Cap lining joint ,brim, back hoop, back hoop band, back hoop adjustor, hat band, cap visor, sweatband, jaw band, jaw band adjustor.

When we get the safety helmet, we need to check it.

1.Certificate and period of validity: The production date is clearly, the test certificate is in the validity(normally 30th after production date)

2.The appearance and link part: cap casing, cap band, top lining, back hoop, jaw band, all these parts should be complete. The cap casing is smooth, no crack, no burn, no impact trace, the link between the cap lining and cap casing is fastness, the opening and closing of the adjustor is flexible.

3.Pressure lining: make a fist to press the lining, it should vertical to the top lining, keep the 20-30mm space.

After testing every parts, you can wear it now. Let`s introduce how to wear it:

1.First, to adjust the lining circle to be restrained to the head. Hold the helmet until it can`t move too much, but not uncomfortable. Adjust the helmet to not dropped without the jaw band.

2.The safety helmet is constitute by cap lining and cap casing, the lining must be good joint with the casing, while the lining can`t be too closely to the cap casing. These two should have a space about 2-4cm. When the object fall on the helmet, the lining can buffer the pressure, to protect the cervical.

3.When wear the helmet, we should tie up the jaw band.The jaw band should be closely to the jaw. A little restrained to the jaw. Not too lose, but not uncomfortable too.

4.The women wear the helmet should put the hair inside the helmet. At he work site or other position, don`t take the helmet as cushion.
